I gave each child a felt sailboat and had them put in on the flannelboard when their color was called

Craft

For the dump truck craft I had the outline of the truck drawn onto each piece of paper and the shapes already cut out. Children had to match the shapes to the outline and glue them down. They used foam shapes for the garbage.

How it Went: Transportation is always a fun theme! Zoom, Zoom, Zoom was the biggest hit by far, we ended up repeating it 3 times.
