How it Went: A lot of children under the age of 3 attend our Monday morning storytime. To make these programs more interactive I try to incorporate a lot of songs and rhymes that require the parent or child to point to different body parts. That is when I got the idea of having a storytime all about our body parts! The parents and children had a blast during this program, this is a high energy crew and the storytime had the perfect amount of movement for them. Also, the books I picked have some great parts that parents truly appreciate. You know a book is good when even the parents are laughing!
